During the 3rd CST, the HICSS group focused on different aspects of the active search process with the goal of providing the main tools for the systematic analysis of the process itself, and of characterizing it through a combination of self-organization (aggregation, self-reorganization and self-replication), self-learning, adaptation and learning. We exploit these mechanisms by means of the structured model of the Gauss Seidel optimization algorithm and the agent environment in order to capture the following goals in an autonomous and intelligent way: (i) the discovery of an equilibrium point for the dynamic system represented by the agent’s memory; (ii) the verification of such equilibrium point with respect to a previously given target, namely the agent’s desired value function; (iii) the search for the final state of the system, after the agent has reached its final target value. The 3rd CST was hosted by the Institute for Digital Technologies of the Spanish Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation.The present invention generally relates to a semiconductor device, and more particularly, to a semiconductor device including an MTCMOS (Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor-Complementary-MOS) transistor and a method for fabricating the same. An MTCMOS transistor is a transistor in which a gate electrode overlaps a metal gate electrode and has a source/drain structure. Since the gate electrode and the metal gate electrode overlap each other, it is expected that the MTCMOS transistor is excellent in a high-speed driving characteristic. Moreover, since the metal gate electrode is formed through only a process of an etching process of a polysilicon electrode, it is considered that the fabrication process is simple. In addition, the MTCMOS transistor has a high gate capacitance
